100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to sex toys only.  BDSM items, lingerie, lubricants, gifts, cards, candles, soaps, condoms, and charging cables are excluded.

To make a claim under the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:

• mplete a Returns Form on our warranty page, inputting '100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' as the reason for the refund in the form.
• Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving the product.
• The policy applies exclusively to toys purchased from our online store; reseller purchases are ineligible.
• The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

Once we have reviewed and accepted your claim, we will issue you a full refund. The refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made.

Please note that only a single item from an order can be returned under the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, and each order is eligible for only one refund. We don’t offer exchanges.

 The number of refunds under the 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is limited entirely at Juntame's discretion.

 If a non-faulty product is returned outside of the specified return period, it will be disposed of in a safe and responsible manner, and a refund or replacement will not be provided.
